
Kate Gloyn
Practice Manager - BVSc
Kate joined Te Puke vets in August 2019, having moved over from the Waikato where she was a Regional Manager for a nation-wide vet company.
Kate is a large animal veterinarian who did her work experience as a student at TPVC many years ago and is excited to be back in the district. She will largely be based in the clinic managing the staff and business but you may see her out and about on farm in the future as well. Kate is available to chat to for any questions or needs you may have, so feel free to come say hi when you are next in the clinic.

Elena Thompson
Office Manager
Elena has been at Te Puke Vets since 2004 and enjoys the pace and variety of her job. Always busy Elena is the go to person of the practice.
Away from work Elena enjoys the country life and a spot of trout fishing with husband Craig.

Kendra Munkedal
Receptionist
Kendra started working at Te Puke Vets in September 2019. Kendra loves meeting all the clients, their pets and getting to know them. Prior to working at Te Puke Vet Centre Kendra did hotel reception in Rotorua.

Jessica Macdonald
Receptionist
Jess joined the Te Puke Vets Centre team in June 2021, having moved from Reporoa, previously working in a Large Animal Vet Clinic and Contract Milking on a farm with her Husband, Taylor.
Jess is excited to share her background knowledge and meet the clients. Jess is working part time as she spends the rest of her time with her daughter

Beth Cox
Receptionist
Beth has worked within the veterinary industry for the last 5 years as a receptionist.
She prides herself on providing clients with excellent customer service and a friendly face as soon as they call or step through the door.
Originally, from West Yorkshire in the UK, she grew up with horses from a young age and her family pet dogs.
She made the move to New Zealand with her partner Joe in October 2015 and loves living in this beautiful country. They both own Stanley the Ragdoll and Lenny the Frenchie.
In her spare time, she loves working out, hiking, sipping on coffee and eating great food around the Bay.

Glenda Avery
Receptionist / Vet Nurse
Glenda started working at Te Puke Vet Centre as a vet nurse in 2009. She has now transitioned to the reception team and is now semi retired working two days a week.
In her spare time she loves to travel, spend time in her garden and loves cooking, photography and walking the beach with Lux the dog.
